It's possible to have less confusion, conflict, frustration, stress, and fear in your life, but you have to work at it in a way you might not yet be used to -- through self-observation.
Currently we find ourselves turning to self-empowerment, as we've been taught that anytime we feel negative we just need to identify what's bothering us and then enact a solution...which accounts for why we constantly change partners, friends, jobs, hobbies, bad habits, hairstyles, wardrobes, etc. But what if the real problem has nothing to do with why or who or what, but is simply the fact that we unconsciously agreed to be unhappy in the first place -- much like your arms automatically moving to catch a ball that someone throws at you?
What if the reason for being unhappy is completely irrelevant??
If that's the case then the true work is not in figuring out what has made you unhappy, but in investigating what in you has agreed to embrace and indulge in such a ruthless state.
This site has purposely been left pretty bare bones to enable and encourage full attention on this task. The idea is to regularly share a truthful insight from a living master and then provide a related, practical exercise aimed at observing oneself. Updates are made once a week.
