Dear Seeker,

"When it comes to letting go and living in the Now, no sincere effort goes unrewarded. In the long run, it is not our ability to succeed with some individual task that determines our spiritual success, but our willingness to learn what is new and true about ourselves. Within each of us dwells a being without bounds, but unless it is explored and exercised wisely we will never know the heights to which we may rise."

Special exercise: TA-AA-AA!

Try again and again and again! Failure in the moment is often success in the making, but not if you quit. Notice that as soon as you start thinking about trying again with anything -- a new relationship, a musical performance, public speaking -- your mind immediately starts whispering fearful thoughts in an attempt to thwart the longing in your heart. Don't be fooled by your mind, which is only a repository of memories from the past that it then projects and calls the future. The future is unknown until you walk into it! Align yourself with your heart when it urges you to try again -- it's the only gateway to a future that has the possibility of being different from your past.
