Special exercise: Don't be what you see

Ever notice that when you're mad, everything you do is tainted by madness?? You look mad, you talk mad, you walk mad, you drive mad. In those moments, everything in your world is limited by, and to, anger. This is true moment to moment, no matter what you're feeling, good or bad or neutral. The next time you see red (or feel fear, impatience, giddiness, laziness, etc.) go on high alert interiorly so you can monitor your movements exteriorly. Don't try to change your mood, just see if you can prevent your body from following your mind and emotions. Every time you succeed in these small separations, you enlarge your world and increase all possible outcomes.
