Dear Seeker,
"Whenever we do the very best we can and give the very most that we have to give, even though we may be far from perfect in that moment, that moment is acting upon us to bring us into its native perfection. It is only through learning to endure our own imperfections that we realize that Perfection itself is our guide and master."

Special exercise: Don't quit
Look for opportunities to see an activity through to the very end. Offer to help a friend or co-worker move, or clean up from an event, or complete a project. Go on a hike you know will be hard, or clean out your garage. And then see your task through to the very end, regardless of how late it gets or how tired you are. Your reward will be to prove your ability to push beyond all the complaining, whining voices that try to convince you to pack it in. By staying to the end you'll find that the Real You is no quitter. Remember this exercise when you are faced with learning something new and start to hear the voices that portend failure. Those naysaying voices only succeed in keeping the imperfect you in place, and know nothing of your potential for having a direct relationship with Perfection itself.
