Dear Seeker,
"Work to connect yourself to the 'allness' of life, instead of to the smallness of it, and you'll awaken to a new kind of greatness already living within you."

Special exercise: Turn ordinary into extraordinary
Most of us would probably describe our days as fairly ordinary, filled with the same habits and routines at home and at work. It's easy to understand why we occasionally get overwhelmed with boredom and yearn for those "extraordinary" moments which bring sensations of newness, excitement, and wonder. But what we don't realize is that the extraordinary life is all around us at all times, just waiting for us to step into relationship with it! We can practice turning ordinary moments into extraordinary moments simply by becoming aware of our surroundings. Most of the time we're lost in thought and daydreaming about this, that, him, her. When we're "talking to ourselves" we literally cannot see what's right in front of us -- rainbows, laughing children, the wind in the trees. Similarly, when we're "looking" at our old memories and thoughts about someone, we prevent a new and potentially extraordinary relationship from blossoming. By working to shift our attention away from our thoughts and towards what is actually taking place in front of us, we invite an entirely new relationship with life, one in which every moment is newness itself.
