Dear Seeker,
"Unless heart, head, and hand are all in the same place at the same time, working as one, whatever is done is done half-heartedly, without thoughtfulness, and in half-measures."

Special exercise: Make full contact
A still mind, an open heart, and a present body are meant to work in concert with one another to connect us to a much broader life. The more connected we are, the more sensitive we become. The more sensitive we are, the more impressions we have. The more impressions we take in, the more our understanding grows -- out of which peace blossoms naturally. Work to broaden your sensitivity by making full contact with life in every moment. As often as you can remember, become aware of what part of you -- mind, heart, or body -- is dominating you in that moment, and then consciously work to engage the other parts. You can practice this in quiet moments, as when sitting outside on a beautiful evening, or in moments of great disturbance, as when you're suddenly gripped by anger or fear. Any moment you work to become as still, open, and present as you can automatically brings balance -- and with that balance comes an opportunity to participate more fully and wholly in your life.
