Special exercise: Relax, remember, release

This week, use your body's tension as a reminder to let go of what's weighing you down -- and strengthen your intention for a higher life. Anytime you can feel that your shoulders are tight, your face is scrunched, or you're clutching something tighter than needed, take your awareness a few steps further. Step 1: Relax. Deliberately let go of the tension and then notice the shift you feel from being pushed to being aware. Step 2: Remember. Use this shift to remember that you can choose NOT to go along with any stress, fear, or worry. Step 3: Release. Consciously drop the unnecessary weight of any painful thoughts and feelings that you can now see were pushing you around, and you'll be lifted into contact with your higher self as a result.
