Dear Seeker,
"Whatever burden we will help another person shoulder in life, assuming we see effort being made, strengthens everyone involved by proving that the strength of any weakness is only the degree to which it is feared."

Special exercise: Help others
Keep this exercise as simple as it sounds. Work to become aware of -- and then act on -- any opportunities to help others this week. Not in a forced, self-satisfying way, but as a natural response to what the moment asks for. Choose patience and kindness when you see that another person is confused or struggling. Your unhurried attention will bring about clarity and balance. Choose generosity and compassion when you see that another person is in pain. By bringing light into the situation you'll give them the opportunity to see that they, too, can choose a different path. Ultimately the aim is to see that by reaching higher to help others you are simultaneously helping yourself.
