Special exercise: Step into the light

Use this outward action to remind you of an inward possibility. Anytime you step into the light exteriorly -- when stepping outdoors, walking by a window at home or work, or entering a well-lit room -- work to step into the light interiorly as well. Just a small pause amidst our usual mode of (unconsciously) getting from Point A to Point B gives us an opportunity to shed some light on our internal state. As we slow down, we see more... and as we see more, we can Be more.
